NK Engineering hosts Endress+Hauser’s Chief Sales Officer and explores innovation at Heineken Brewery

November from 8th to 9th, 2023, NK Engineering is thrilled to announce that we recently had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Laurent Mulley – Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Member of the Executive Board at Endress+Hauser Group.

During his visit, we had the incredible opportunity to showcase the progress and growth of NK Engineering over the past 9 years of our partnership with Endress+Hauser. We also delved into discussions about Endress+Hauser’s strategy for sustainable and successful business development, with a specific focus on human resource development and the importance of innovation in today’s challenging market for sustainable growth.

In addition to this valuable exchange, we had the privilege of visiting the innovative Heineken Brewery in Vung Tau. Our team was truly amazed by the mind-blowing speed of Heineken’s filling lines, which can produce a staggering 12 million cans a day, with the speed of 130,000 cans per hour. The seamless automation and digitalization deployed in their processes have not only ensured the highest productivity but have also reduced resource consumption. It was astonishing to witness that only five people are required to operate two canning lines efficiently.

What impressed us even more was Heineken’s unwavering commitment to sustainability. The brewery stands poised to become the most sustainable brewery in Vietnam by relying entirely on renewable energy for both biomass thermal energy and electricity, 100% water balance and zero waste to landfill. Furthermore, we were inspired by the Heineken Vung Tau management team’s dedication to nurturing young talents and their overall contribution to the development of Vietnam.
