Monitoring of paint quality of PT-ED paint line for THACO Truck

After completing the project of automatic online monitoring of paint quality of PT-ED paint line for Chu Lai - Truong Hai truck manufacturing and assembly plant (THACO Truck) in 2020. This year, NK Engineering continues to receive THACO's trust in supplying, installing, and putting into operation a system of analytical equipment, online monitoring of paint quality of the PT-ED paint line for THACO Bus factory 🚎

The system uses Endress+Hauser's advanced Memosens 2.0 technology to analyze and monitor many vital parameters at the tanks in the PT-ED paint line as:
✅ pH
✅ Conductivity
✅ Free-Alkaline, Total-Alkaline
✅ Free Acid, Total Acid
✅ Non Volatile % of ED, UF tanks

The system was put into operation, helping the factory to continuously control the quality of the tanks in the PT-ED paint line, ensuring the quality of the dip paint is always up to the standard as well as optimizing the number of chemicals added to the system.

The analytical equipment system is connected to the SCADA central control system at the factory to monitor, warn, report, and automatically control the process.
