Supply of flowmeter package for the Gallaf Batch 3 project in Qatar

Gallaf Batch 3 is the next developmental phase of the Al Shaheen oil field, Qatar’s largest offshore oil field and one of the largest offshore oil fields in the world. PTSC Mechanical & Construction (PTSC M&C) is the general contractor for this project.

NK Engineering is pleased to partner with PTSC M&C to supply Endress+Hauser Promass F300 and Promass O300 DN250 Coriolis flowmeters for the Gallaf Batch 3 project. The instrument is made of Super Duplex/Hastelloy C, a special material that responds to highly corrosive conditions and is used to monitor the flow and density of crude oil. Endress+Hauser's high-precision flow meter, which is specialized for use in the oil and gas industry, is designed for the harsh operating conditions of the offshore marine environment.
