Providing measurement equipment for pharmaceutical plant
In September, NK Engineering completed a project providing measurement equipment for the most modern pharmaceutical plant in the Southeast Asia region. The system includes Coriolis flow measurement devices - Promass E 300 and batch controllers - Batch Controller RA33 from Endress+Hauser, which play a crucial role in quantifying RO purified water into the production system and invoicing batch quantities based on input parameters.
Since implementing the system, batch quantity control has become more straightforward thanks to the Batch Controller RA33, with batch quantity error significantly improved to 0.2%. The system automatically exports batches and invoices batch quantities effortlessly through simple operations.
The system not only optimizes the production process but also eliminates manual batch exporting, replacing it with automated batch exporting through a weighing scale, providing flexibility and efficiency in production.
