Supplied, installed LPG Inline delivery system at the LPG Gas depot

Recently, NK Engineering Da Nang branch has supplied, installed, commissioning and completed the inspection of the LPG Inline delivery system by pipeline at the LPG Gas depot in Quang Ngai province. It connects directly to receiving goods from the refinery.

The system includes the following main equipment subsystems:

1. Measuring device:

Inline LPG delivery system by pipeline using Coriolis Promass F300 equipment of Endress Hauser is the heart of the system. The device has the best accuracy today (error ± 0.05% of the reading value), the device directly measures the volume and at the same time measures the density of LPG online. The equipment has been granted a sample approval certificate in Vietnam's custody transfer.

In addition, the system is also equipped with Cerabar PMP71B pressure measuring devices and Endress Hauser TR66 temperature devices to perform calculations on the Flow Computer system.

2. Flow Computer and SCADA system:

The system uses Flow Computer equipment installed in the control cabinet, connecting signals from flow, pressure and temperature measuring devices to perform automatic calculation, automatic batching and control valve control. The device connects directly to the SCADA system, the computer in the control room to store data, display and output reports and alarms according to customer management requirements.

In addition, the system is pre-installed with a prover terminal with hand valves with Double Block & Bleed function to connect to the compact prover system to perform the system verification process.
