NK Engineering upgrading automation system for Hoa Khanh Oil Terminal
On February 9, NK Engineering completed upgrading the automation system for Hoa Khanh Oil Terminal, Quang Nam province with the provision of an automatic E5 biofuel blending solution. After being put into operation, the system has mixed with the correct ratio and quickly met the requirements of testing and conforming E5 products.
✔ The system includes the following main equipment subsystems:
1. Measurement instrumentation:
The E5 gasoline blending system using measurement instrumentation from Endress+Hauser - Coriolis Promass F300 was installed to blend RON92 and Ethanol gasoline. The device has the best accuracy today, error ± 0.05%. The equipment has been granted a sample approval certificate in Vietnam for commercial delivery.
2. Batch Controller Equipment:
The system uses the Batch Controller VEGA 3 equipment with a mixing feature installed at the output island, connecting the signal with flow and temperature measuring devices to perform automatic calculations. Simultaneously control the amount of gasoline and Ethanol output by the set ratio.
