MEASURING AND MONITORING QUALITY OF BOILER WATER

For operating the boiler stably and permanently, we need to monitor some important parameters of boiler feed-water quality in order to avoid scaling in the boiler and pipe surfaces as well as preventing metal oxidation which directly damages the boiler and the steam system.

From above situation, Endress+Hauser has had the measuring and monitoring system for boiler feed-water quality from our specialized instruments. Enterprises can monitor online analytical results via webserver by PC/ ipad/ smart-phone.

This solution saves time compared to manual testing method. Instruments have high accuracy helping less loss during operation. When there is any measured value error, the system will warn to the operator immediately, so we can fix problems quickly. Thanks to analysing exactly and monitoring continuously of instruments, the plant can make the most appropriate plans to operate and maintain in time, thereby reducing the amount of chemical for hard water treatment and restricting unnecessary blow down.
