ADVANCED TECHNICAL TRAINING FOR NESTLE ENGINEERING TEAM
Recently, NK Engineering conducted a 3-day advanced technical training program for the engineering team at Nestlé, focusing on Endress+Hauser instrumentation across: Flow – Level – Temperature – Analytical (pH & Conductivity) applications.
The core objective was to strengthen practical troubleshooting and operational capability at plants level. The program emphasized:
-
- Correct installation and commissioning procedures.
- In-depth understanding of measurement principles (Coriolis, Magnetic, Vortex, Radar, Vibration, Analytical sensors).
- Systematic fault diagnosis and root cause analysis.
- Rapid corrective actions in real operating conditions.
- Utilization of Heartbeat Technology for verification and reporting.
- Efficient spare part identification and technical documentation retrieval.
- Preventive maintenance best practices.
Engineers worked directly on live instruments through structured hands-on sessions, simulating real plant scenarios rather than controlled classroom cases. In industrial environments, reliability is not only about high-quality instruments — it depends equally on the technical capability of the people operating and maintaining them.
At NK Engineering, technical training is an extension of our engineering responsibility: enabling our partners to operate with confidence, precision, and long-term stability. We appreciate the strong engagement and professionalism of the Nestlé engineering team.
