The Automated Truck & Ship Loading Systems at Ha Tinh Petroleum Terminal 2026

Trusted by our valued customer, NK Engineering has successfully deployed an automated petroleum loading solution package at Ha Tinh Petroleum Terminal. This project significantly enhances automation, measurement accuracy, and operational safety for both road and marine loading activities.

Custom-designed to meet the terminal’s actual operational requirements, the system ensures stable performance in harsh O&G industrial environments while strictly complying with current technical standards and safety regulations.

Project Scope includes:

• • 07 automated truck loading skids for Gasoline and Diesel oil.
  • 01 automated blending & truck loading skid for E5 / E10 Bio-gasoline.
  • 03 automated ship loading skids for Gasoline and Diesel oil.

The Heart of the System is Endress+Hauser’s Coriolis Mass Flowmeter Promass F 300 with high accuracy (± 0.1%), certified for custody transfer in Vietnam. It delivers exceptional accuracy in loading control and effectively minimizes product loss during operation.

The solution is seamlessly integrated with: pressure and temperature transmitters, control valves, Batch Control Units (BCUs), air eliminators, electronic grounding systems, and RFID card management.

Once fully operational, the system will fully automate the loading process, optimize measurement accuracy, minimize inventory loss, and ensure smooth, reliable terminal operations.
