PERIODIC INSPECTION OF FLOWMETERS AT A MAJOR BREWERY

NK Engineering recently completed a comprehensive periodic inspection of flowmeters operating at one of the largest breweries in the Asia-Pacific region.

The inspection covered Endress+Hauser’s widely utilized flow measurement product lines, including:

• • Proline Promag H 300 Electromagnetic Flowmeters
  • Proline Prowirl F 200 Vortex Flowmeters (for steam measurement)

This routine activity is crucial for assessing equipment health, allowing for predictive maintenance planning, and ensuring optimized operations across the plant.

To perform advanced device diagnostics, our team utilized the Endress+Hauser Field Xpert SMT70 industrial tablet. The configuration and setup of the flowmeters were executed rapidly and effortlessly via wireless connectivity. Furthermore, the integration with the Netilion Library ecosystem empowers plant technicians to easily access and track the device status anytime, anywhere.
