Quality Monitoring for Water Treatment Systems 2026

NK Engineering has delivered a comprehensive instrumentation package for the water treatment system of a large-scale bottled drinking water plant in Central Vietnam. The solution supports raw water treatment, RO systems, and utilities, including steam and compressed air.

The project includes the supply of more than 60 measuring instruments covering flow, pressure, level, temperature, and liquid analysis. This enables continuous monitoring and tight control of water quality throughout the entire operation.

All instruments supplied are from Endress+Hauser‘s product portfolio, meeting stringent requirements for accuracy, reliability, and durability in food and beverage applications. Key instruments include:

• • Proline 10 flowmeters for inlet and outlet water flow measurement.
  • Cerabar PMP23 pressure transmitters for monitoring pressure before and after RO membranes, supporting early blockage detection and optimized maintenance cycles.
  • Deltapilot FMB50 (hydrostatic) and Prosonic FMU40 (ultrasonic) level sensors for water and chemical tanks.
  • Liquiline CA80HA analyzer for hardness monitoring after treatment.
  • Multi-parameter liquid analysis sensors such as CCS51D, CUS52D, CPS11E, CLS21E, and CLS82E for chlorine, turbidity, pH, and conductivity measurement.
    • The solution helps stabilize the water treatment process, ensure water quality in line with production standards, and optimize operational efficiency while reducing energy consumption.

In addition to equipment supply and installation, NK Engineering’s technical team also carried out on-site commissioning and calibration, ensuring stable operation and compliance with technical requirements from the early stages of system start-up.
