Building on our successful track record with control valve packages and batching system upgrades for base oil lines, NK Engineering is proud to deliver a comprehensive E&I turnkey solution for this Additive Storage Tank (AST) project. This project represents a seamless integration of high-precision instrumentation, advanced control logic, and intelligent data management.

The Unloading Metering Skid is powered by Promass F300/F100 Coriolis (Endress+Hauser) flowmeters, achieving an exceptional accuracy of 0.1%. This solution ensures absolute control over ISO tank unloading processes, providing full transparency and eliminating raw material shrinkage at the point of entry.

Within the storage area, 09 dedicated tanks are monitored in real-time using Micropilot FMR62B (Endress+Hauser) radar technology. The system features multi-tier level alarming (High / Low level), effectively eliminating the risk of tank overfills or dry runs while ensuring a steady supply for production.

The batching and blending workflow is fully automated via the RA33 Batch Controller and high-precision Control Valves. Operators can easily define batch presets through an intuitive HMI, allowing the system to autonomously coordinate pumps and valves to achieve pinpoint dosing accuracy for every batch.

NK Engineering also spearheaded the design and installation of the Motor Control Centers (MCC) and Remote I/O panels, all unified under a robust SCADA/HMI monitoring platform. All operational data is digitized, enabling transparent reporting and real-time alarm tracking for superior process visibility.
