The system integrates high-quality equipment from Endress+Hauser and Rotork: 

• • Promass F 100/ E 100: Coriolis flowmeters offering high accuracy, ideal for measuring high-viscosity media such as lubricants. 
  • Batch controller RA33: Provides automatic batch control, ensuring the mixing ratio between base oil and additives is always precise and stable.
  • Actuator Rotork: Automatically open/close valves based on control signals, increasing the accuracy, safety, and reliability of the entire process. 

This automated batching solution provides the customers with: 

• • Significantly higher accuracy compared to traditional systems using PD Flowmeters.
