Mid-year 2025 Review Ceremony & Personnel Development Training Program

Recently, NK Engineering held the Mid-Year Review Ceremony 2025, marking a journey of dedicated effort with many positive business results and clear progress.

During the event, the Board of Directors presented the business performance for the first half of the year and outlined strategic plans for the second half. At the same time, NK Engineering officially announced appointments and delegations of authority for key positions including Functional Directors and Branch Directors – a move that reinforces trust, empowerment, and the active role of our senior leadership team. This is a strategic step towards building a strong, agile organization ready to accelerate in the coming phase.

As part of the program, we also recognized and rewarded outstanding individuals and teams who demonstrated responsibility, initiative, and exceptional contributions over the past six months. This timely recognition serves as great motivation for all of us to stay united and strive toward greater goals.

A highlight of the event was an internal training session titled “A Culture of Proactivity and the Journey of Self-Advancement” delivered by Mr. Vu Long, a leadership coach from Giamdoc.net. The session provided practical insights and strong inspiration, encouraging every member to redefine their role in the company’s shared growth. We sincerely thank Mr. Vu Long for his valuable companionship and meaningful sharing.
