Wastewater Monitoring System at Milk Plant 2025

NK Engineering recently completed the supply and installation of an automatic wastewater monitoring station for a major dairy plant in the Central region of Vietnam.

The system features high-performance online analyzers from Endress+Hauser, enabling continuous monitoring of critical parameters such as COD, TSS, color, pH, temperature, ammonium, and flow (inlet/outlet).

Key instruments installed:

◾ Data transmitter & recorder: Liquiline CM444
◾ COD, TSS, and color sensor: Viomax CAS80E
◾ pH sensor with integrated temperature: Orbipac CPF81E
◾ Ammonium analyzer: CAS40D
◾ Wastewater flow measurement: Promag W 400 (electromagnetic) & Prosonic S FMU90 + FDU90 (ultrasonic)
◾ Automatic sampler: Liquistation CSF48

All data is continuously logged to ensure full compliance with Circular 10/2021/TT-BTNMT, supporting accurate, transparent, and real-time environmental reporting.
