Training Program 2025 & Strategy Meeting 2026

Recently, NK Engineering organized the training program “High-Performance Leadership Culture” 2025 for our management team, along with the annual Strategy Meeting 2026.

During the training session, Ms. Le Ha Mai Thao (Human Resources Management & Corporate Culture Expert) shared valuable insights. Department managers revisited their key roles as performance drivers of the organization, strengthened modern leadership thinking, and practiced core values such as integrity, professionalism, accountability, and dedication.

The program also emphasized the importance of cross-department collaboration, open communication, and building a working environment where every individual feels understood, inspired, and motivated to achieve common goals.

In parallel, Strategy Meeting 2026 took place in a dynamic and engaging atmosphere, featuring a review of overall performance in 2025, strategic direction for 2026–2030, and development plans for each department. Practical workshops helped enhance coordination processes, encourage multi-perspective thinking, and define clear action plans for the upcoming growth phase.

The program concluded with a teambuilding activity together with the entire Ho Chi Minh City office, fostering positive energy and strengthening connections across the team.
