TURNKEY SOLUTION PROJECT FOR HOA KHANH TERMINAL IN QUANG NAM PROVINCE
Hoa Khanh Oil Terminal at Tam Hiep Industrial Park, Quang Nam province, was officially opened on March 19, 2022, by Trade And General Services Company Hoa Khanh. There is the most contemporary terminal in the central area, thanks to the employment of modern and comprehensive automation management software and measurement devices from Endress+Hauser. Hoa Khanh Terminal will operate effectively, maximize resources, and be transparent in management due to the assurance of explosion-proof standards, high-precision instruments in custody transfer, and integration of Terminal Automation System.

For monitoring and management, each tank is equipped with specialized measuring devices from Endress+Hauser:

- Multi-point temperature measuring device NMT539:
+ Used in many applications, especially in petroleum applications.
+ NMT539 can simultaneously measure average temperature, point temperature, water level. up to 16 high-precision measuring points can be integrated.
+ The guidewire material 316L is suitable for gasoline.
+ High accuracy +/- 0.1°C
- Data acquisition device (Tank scanner) NXA820: the unit collects data from measuring devices on the tank and transmits it to the control room according to current communication standards. Integrated web server technology and API standard lookup tables.
The main equipment constituting the truck loading is the Proline Promass F 300 Coriolis Flowmeter – E+H clock system. The device directly measures mass flow, volume flow, temperature, density. All modules use modern measuring devices of Endress+Hauser with high accuracy and ensure safety against explosion in the total oil terminal.
The automatic Truck loading and the Terminal Automation System automation software in the control room have the function of collecting and processing data, thereby helping the operator to safely monitor, control, and manage the terminal completely - automatic the delivery process at the terminal.
