WASTEWATER MONITORING SYSTEM AT LONG SON PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX

According to the Decree 40 of the Government, factories and businesses which are likely to cause environmental pollution and have a discharge scale of 500m³/day (24h) or more must install automatic and continuous wastewater quality monitoring system.

Recently, NK Engineering has supplied and installed a continuous and automatic wastewater monitoring system as a turnkey for Long Son petrochemical complex, which fully meets the regulations of the Government and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Based on Endress+Hauser instruments portfolio, NK Engineering has built a wastewater monitoring system that includes:

  • Sensors measure the basic parameters required by Decree 40: Flow (inlet & outlet), pH, temperature, COD, TSS, Ammonia
  • The transmitter CM448 connects to sensors via the Memosens technology of Endress+Hauser
  • Datalogger - The communication instrument can dislay and extract data directly, not through intermediaries
  • The Autosampler, which directly connects to Datalogger, will take samples and store samples at 4°C
  • Other devices such as: Camera, fire alarm, pump, UPS, ...

Monitoring parameters are transmitted to the MONRE, while the customer will monitor online 24/7 on the webserver system built by NK Engineering.

In addition, we also calibrated and RA tested by 3rd party to ensure that the system operates efficiently and meets the strict regulations of Circular 10/2021/TT-BTNMT.

Depending on the specific needs of each factory, NK Engineering experts will survey and provide the most suitable solution. Please contact us via email at sales@nkengineering.com.vn for further assistance.
