Exciting news! In July, our NK Engineering team had the incredible opportunity to visit the Endress+Hauser US in Greenwood, Indianapolis, all thanks to the collaboration between E+H US and E+H INT.
During our visit, we had fruitful exchanges with Sales Channel Partners from the US as well as from Vietnam, Taiwan, Egypt, and Peru, where we discussed the key elements needed to develop a successful and sustainable company.
We were truly inspired by the conferences led by the E+H US and Representatives, who shared their valuable experiences and emphasized the importance of trust and collaboration in their success. It was amazing to hear how they have achieved turnovers of hundreds of millions of USD per year of each Representative.
Additionally, we were privileged to attend the grand opening of the Endress Core of Excellence – Education and Wellness Center of Trinova in Mobile, Alabama, one of the top representatives of E+H in the US. The warmth, professionalism, and motivation we witnessed at Trinova left an indelible impression on us.
One highlight of our visit was the Process Training Unit (PTU), which left us in awe. We hope to replicate a similar system in Vietnam soon, as it would greatly aid us in training and bringing cutting-edge technology closer to our esteemed customers.
At Trinova, work-life balance is highly valued. We were amazed to discover that not only is it a place of work, but it’s also a place to call home, with an in-house gym and basketball field for employees to enjoy after working hours.
