COMMISSIONING FLOWMETERS FOR SEMICONDUCTOR PLANT IN BAC NINH

Last October, NK Engineering completed the commissioning of ultrasonic and thermal mass flow meters from Endress+Hauser for one of the largest semiconductor factories located in the Yen Phong II-C Industrial Zone (Bac Ninh Province).

These instruments will be used to measure compressed air, nitrogen, water, and saponin in the factory’s manufacturing process.

1. Ultrasonic Flowmeter – Proline Prosonic Flow P 500

The Proline Prosonic Flow P 500 is an advanced ultrasonic flowmeter designed for liquid flow measurement in industrial process plants. It features clamp-on ultrasonic technology that delivers maximum performance, even in space-restricted installations. 

    • Minimal straight run requirements: Requires an inlet run of only 2 x DN instead of the conventional 15 x DN.
    • High accuracy: Delivers highly reliable and precise measurement results.
    • Installation versatility: Independent of the installation position.
    • Wide pipe range: Suitable for pipe diameters from DN 50 to DN 4000.
    • Non-intrusive installation: Easy mounting without process interruption or the need to cut open the piping.

2. Thermal Mass Flowmeter – Proline t-mass I 300 và F 300

The Proline t-mass I 300 and Proline t-mass F 300 are highly integrated thermal mass flowmeters dedicated to gas flow measurement. Both devices deliver high accuracy and exceptional stability even under the most challenging process conditions.
