COMMISSIONING THE ANALYZER CA72TOC AT COFFEE PLANT

Recently, NK Engineering’s engineer had commissioning Endress+Hauser CA72TOC liquid analysis equipment to monitor water quality after RO for one of the largest coffee factories in Vietnam.

The CA72TOC device for monitoring organic carbon in water is used in:

• Monitoring water quality

• Monitoring of industrial wastewater, in the inlet and outlet

• Monitoring of surface run-off in industrial systems

• Municipal wastewater monitoring

• Measurement of carbon load for nutrient dosing

Some outstanding advantages of the CA72TOC device:

Fast and easy maintenance due to easy accessibility of all components.

Available measuring ranges between 0.25 mg/l and 12,000 mg/l TOC, can be extended by predilution.

pH-controlled acid dosing for TIC stripping minimizes acid consumption.

One- and two-channel measurement available.

Externally controlled self-monitoring with TOC standard, e.g. for limit violation.
